SIOBHAN'S GARDEN

Really Siobhan and John's Garden! This 3/4 acre garden was part of a sheep field 18 years ago before they bought the site. They planted some trees and shrubs initially but it is only in the last 4 years that they have really started to develop the garden. Siobhan concentrates on the flowers and shrubs growing the majority from seeds and cuttings. John tends their vegetable patch and they compete for space in the polytunnel! The front garden consists of a mature shrub border, a planted roundabout and herbaceous beds which were only added in September 2018. The back garden has a large herbaceous bed with a winding path through a small woodland area to the vegetable patch and polytunnel. A patio area closer to the house completes the picture but there is always a project on the go. Hopefully the next one is a pond.
