JO'S GARDEN

​Jo could be described as a plant connoisseur.  However, her friendly and generous nature means she is happy to share treasures when she can.
She certainly has favourite plant species and her garden during snowdrop time is a sight to behold! She shares just two here. She found G. Hill View in her aunt's garden and when other galanthophiles suggested it should be officially named she did that.  Anemone Lucy's Wood has local connections having arisen in a garden of that name on the Wexford-Carlow border. Molly the Witch is a paeonia that requires patience, having waited 5 years she got 5 flowers which lasted 5 days. Worth the wait!
Early springtime is certainly a highlight but there are highlights all year round based on great structure and beautiful trees.
